After
creating several workbooks for Big Brothers and Big Sisters,
and Boys and Girls Clubs, on partnering and merging, we
wrote this reflective essay on why it is so difficult. The
essay builds on parallels between organizational partnering
and merging, and personal relationships, and on our collective
experiences in facilitating deep partnerships and mergers
in the non profit sector.
The
