This photo is showing a mature plant of the 'Ingrid' rose. The shiniest foliage after 2 months of very special care for upcoming show, spraying a fungicide every 2 weeks instead of my usual 4 to 6 weeks interval and giving an extra dose of my own mix of organic fertilizer. Excerpt from article "Introducing 'Ingrid': The foliage is extremely shiny. I wanted to exhibit 'Ingrid' at the September 2005 Vancouver Rose Society parlour show, and asked them to add a single specimen class for mini-flora roses. It didn't happen. So I managed to find one spray (with two blooms) to qualify for the only class. Then came a big surprise: it was disqualified! Not judged!
