Balls (Bola-Bola sa Kalye)

Ingredients:
1 tbsp.
baking powder
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. salt
1 kilong laman o fillet ng labahita
spatula
sangkalan
kutsilyo
salaan
mangkok
sauce pan
Paraan ng paggawa:
1. Hugasan ang
laman o fillet ng isda at ilagay ito sa salaan upang
patuluin ang tubig.
2. Hiwain ang
fillet ng maliliit na piraso upang madali itong madurog.
3. Tadtarin ang
pinira-pirasong fillet hanggang sa maging pino. Ilagay
ito sa mangkok at haluin.
4. Upang magdikit-dikit
ang dinurog na fillet, lagyan ito ng yelo habang
hinahalo.
Ituloy ang paghahalo hanggang sa magsimulang mamuo ang fillet.
5. Ihalo ang 1
kutsarang asin sa namumuong isda. Ihalo na din ang isang
kutsarang baking powder at 3 kutsarang cornstarch.
6. Haluing mabuti
ang sangkap upang gumanda ang hilatsa ng gagawing
fishball.
7. Kumuha ng 1
kutsarang fishball mixture at pagulungin sa inyong palad
hanggang sa maging hugis bola ito.Makakagawa na kayo 100 pirasong
fishball.
8. Itabi muna
ang mga binilog na fishball at magpakulo ng tubig sa
saucepan o kawali.
9. Kapag kumukulo
na ang tubig, ilagay ang mga binilog na fishball
mixture.
10. Luto na ang
fishball kapag ito ay lumutang na. Maaari na itong
hanguin mula sa kumukulong tubig at ilagay sa salaan.Patuyuin.
11. Ilagay sa
refrigerator para hindi masira.
12. Maaari na itong iprito
(deep Fry). Tuhog na ng tuhog!Enjoy
******ENGLISH VERSION**********
FISHBALL RECIPE:
: Ingredients: 1 tbsp. baking powder
: 3 tbsp. cornstarch
: 1 tbsp. salt
: 1 kilo fish fillet (your choice of fish)
1. Wash fish fillet & drain in sieve
or colander.
2. Chop fish fillet finely or put in chopper/blender. **optional***place
ice if u want it to stick together
while mixing, but drain
3. mix with 1 tbsp. salt, add 1 tbsp baking powder & 3 tbsp constarch
4. mix well so it will roll nicely into balls.
5.take 1 tbsp fishball mixture & roll it into the plalm of your hands
until you form a lovely nice ball.
repeat. you can make 100 fishballs with this mixture.
6. set fishballs aside. Boil water in a saucepan.
7. drop fishballs into the boiling water.
8. cooked fishballs float when they are done. collect the floaters to
drain on sieve or colander.
9. set aside some for frying. store in fridge or freezer the others.
10. Deep fry & enjoy! they dont need to brown since they are already
cooked. pierce fishballs in wooden/bamboo skewers if u like! Dip in sauce.

**SWEET dipping sauce for Fishball:
soysauce
water
sugar
grated fresh garlic
and flour to thicken
chili *optional
Basically you boil it on low heat until it thickens i dont have approx
measurements but its like
making gravy or lumpia sauce. u just add more or less sugar to taste:

or try this:
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup brown or white sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1-1/2 cups water
minced garlic
chili *optional

Combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and water. Cook 5 minutes over low
heat, stirring
constantly to prevent lumps. add chilies to spice it
***Sour Vinegar-based Sauce version***
Just combine all:
1/2 cup vinegar
soy sauce
onion chopped
garlic minced
chilies to taste

Cheese Cupcake-Kababayan
(Pinoy Cheese Muffin)

Ingredients:
1 bar
butter
4 eggs
100 grams sugar
2 can of condensed milk
15 grams cooking oil
5 grams baking powder
500 grams. all-purpose flour
you will
need:
cheese
grater
2 ounce paper baking cups
cake mixer, mixing bowl and spatula
Paraan ng pagluluto:
Hiwa-hiwain muna
ang butter para madali itong lummbot.
Ilagay ang butter
sa isang mixing bowl, ihalo ang asukal at apat na itlog.
Haluin ang mga
sangkap na ito sa cake mixer. Gamitin ang pinakamahinang
speed upang hindi tumapon ang butter mixture.
Idagdag na din
sa mixture ang dalawang lata ng condensed milk.
Ihinto muna ang
mixer.
Pagsamahin naman
ang harina at baking powder at saka ihalo sa butter mixture.
Paandarin muli
ang mixer sa pinakamahinang speed. Haluing mabuti hanggang sa
maging basa ang mga sangkap.
Ihalo ang 15 grm
ng mantika.
Pabilisin ang
mixer hanggang maging pino ang sangkap.
Patayin ang mixer,
ito na ngayon ang cupcake mixture.
Ihanay ang paper
baking cups. Magbuhos ng cupcake mixture sa bawat baking cups
Punuin hanggang
ikatlong bahagi ng bawat cups
Lagyan ng grated
cheese ang cupcake mixture.
Ipasok sa mainit
na oven, ihurno ng mga 30 minuto.
Luto na ang cheese
cupcake. Palamigin
Quikiam
Mix the
following ingredients:
800 gram
ground Kasim or Pork shoulder
200 gram
grated green papaya
1 small
bundle of spring onion chopped
1/4 cup
sugar
1/4 cup
soy sauce
1/4 cup
cornstarch
1/4 cup
all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp.
Ngo-hiong (5 spice powder)
MSG or
vetsin
Then wrap
mixed ingredient in 5- 6 sheets of Bean curd skins
COOKING PROCEDURE:
Fry until brown. Serve with achara
or sweet plum sauce.
