REINHOLD THOMS. On June 9, 1965, at the family residence, 672 Machray Ave., Reinhold Thoms, aged 78 years, beloved husband of Katherine Thoms. Mr. Thoms was born in Germany, coming to Canada in 1889. He formerly farmed at Dominion City, Manitoba, moving to Winnipeg 40 years ago. He was a carpenter with Commonwealth Construction Co., retiring in 1956. Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. William Doern (Bella), Winnipeg; five sons, Henry and Gordon of Winnipeg, Harold of Tampa, Florida, Roland of Port Coquitlam, B.C., Raymond of Hamilton, Ontario; 19 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Mrs. L. Stein of Elsinore, California, Mrs. H. Hahn, Cleveland, Ohio, Mrs. A. Steffan, Winnipeg, Mrs. C. Schlitzer, Rochester, New York.
