BERTHA AILEANE THOMS Peacefully on October 8, 2007, Bertha Thoms went to be with her Lord and Saviour, at the age of 94 years. Bertha will be lovingly remembered by her children, Douglas, June and Dennis (Cherry) Thoms all of Winnipeg. She will be also missed by her grandchildren, Brandon Thoms of Victoria, BC, Terra (Domenic) Bellisario and her two great-grandchildren, Dante and Ava Bellisario of Winnipeg. Bertha was predeceased by her husband Gordon Thoms in 1985. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 15, 2007 with viewing one hour prior to the service at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint) with Pastor Jim Barber officiating. Interment will take place in Brookside Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre. Special thanks to Dr. Jim Ross and the staff on 6C at the Misericordia Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be to the Calvary Temple, Faith To Live By. NATHALIE JOSEPHINE STEFFAN Nathalie passed away peacefully at her residence on August 8, 2006 at the age of 87 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Roland; son Ronald (Sandra); grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as her brother Joe and sister Eva. No formal service will be held.
