THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of I JOHN GIBSON of 232 Icknield St. Hockley Birmingham dated the Sixteenth day of October Nineteen hundred and thirty five.

I wish to leave half of what is left of my estate when I die to my Niece Florence Barnes of 3 Monument Rd. Brookfields Birmingham and the other half to be divided equally between Mrs. Clara Guest 35 Robert Rd. Handsworth, Mrs. Florence Sabell 219 Icknield St. Hockley Birmingham and Miss. Florence Gibson.

AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration with the Will: - (a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the deceased was granted by His Majesty's High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at: Birmingham to: Florence Barnes of 3 Monument Road Brookfields in the said City Spinster niece of the deceased, one of the Residuary Legatees named in the said Will.
And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said Estate in: Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficially) amounts to: £150.17.11 and that the said Affidavit bears a stamp of: £1.10.0

T H I S I S T H E L A S T W I L L A N D T E S T A M E N T
of me, ELI HENRY GRIFFITHS of Greystone Kingskerswell in the county of Devon Retired Lamp Manufacturer.

1. I hereby revoke all former wills codicils and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will

2. I appoint my sons Henry Griffiths Richard William Griffiths and Thomas Leonard Griffiths (who and the survivor of whom and all other the trustees or the trustee for the time being hereof are hereinafter referred to as "my executors") to be the EXECUTORS of this my will.

3. I give to my wife Louisa Annie Griffiths absolutely all articles of household domestic or personal use or ornament belonging to me.

4. I devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal present and future and whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be situate after payment thereout of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses to my said sons Henry Griffiths Richard William Griffiths and Thomas Leonard Griffiths absolutely in equal shares as tenants in common

5. In case either of my said sons shall die in my lifetime leaving a widow then such widow shall stand in the place of such deceased son and take the share of my said estate which such deceased son would have taken if he had survived me.

6. And lastly in case either of my said sons shall die in my lifetime without leaving a widow but leaving issue living at my death such issue shall stand in the place of such deceased son and take per stirpes and equally between them if more than one the share of my said estate which such deceased son would have taken if he had survived me

IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eighteenth day of June one thousand nine hundred and twelve
