I, CARLYLE CHIRM of 27 Handsworth Wood Road in the City of Birmingham Retired Manufacturer hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will which I make this twenty fourth day of January One thousand nine hundred and forty seven.

1. I APPOINT my Wife Laura Anne Chirm and my Nephew Denis Stanley Gibson of Fursdon Cottage Staverton Totnes in the County of Devon to be the Executors and Trustees of my Will

2. THE form contained in Part 1 of the Statutory Will Forms 1925 relating to the meaning of personal chattels is incorporated in my Will and shall have effect so far as applicable

3. I BEQUEATH to my Wife absolutely (whether or not she shall prove my Will and act in the trusteeship thereof) my leasehold house and property known as number 27 Handsworth Wood Road Birmingham aforesaid my personal chattels and the sum of One thousand pounds the said sum of One thousand pounds to be paid to her immediately after my death and in priority to all other legacies hereby or by any Codicil hereto bequeathed

4. I BEQUEATH the following pecuniary legacies free of duty namely

(1) To Rachel Marjory Tranter of Foredraught Lane Tibberton Droitwich in the County of Worcester the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds

(2) To Sarah Sheldon of Number 9 Fountain Road Edgbaston Birmingham aforesaid the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds

(3) To the said Denis Stanley Gibson (whether or not he shall prove my Will and act in the trusteeship thereof) the sum of One hundred pounds

(4) To John Arthur Gibson of 22 Hamstead Hall Avenue Handsworth Birmingham aforesaid the sum of One hundred pounds

5. SUBJECT to the payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses death duties debts and legacies I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the real and personal estate not hereby or by any Codicil hereto otherwise specifically disposed of and which I can dispose of by Will in any manner I think proper either as beneficially entitled thereto or under any general power unto my said Wife absolutely

Probate of the will of Miss Elizabeth Ann Jenking, of Cambridge-villas, 123 Promenade, Cheltenham, has been granted to the executors, Mr. Reginald John Winterbotham, of Essex-place, Cheltenham; Mr. Walter Hubert Archer, of 11 Rannock-drive, Bearsden, near Glasgow; and Miss Lina Archer, of Cambridge-villas, 123 Promenade, Cheltenham, to each of whom testatrix bequeathed a legacy of £200.

She also bequeathed a legacy of £500 duty free to the treasurer of Wesley Sunday School, Cheltenham. All the rest of her estate she bequeathed to her niece, Miss Lina Archer, absolutely.

Last Will and Testament of Alfred DINGLEY, dated Jan 25, 1872. Proved in Birmingham on Nov 19, 1883.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Alfred Dingley of Spring Hill, Birmingham in the County of Warwick, Machinist.

First I direct the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses. I devise and bequeath All my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy Unto my wife Elizabeth and Richard Charles Gibson of Icknield Street East, Birmingham aforesaid, Licensed Victualler, and Eli Henry Griffiths of 52 Sherbourne Road, Balsall Heath, in the County of Worcester, Lamp Manufacturer Upon trust that my said Wife and the said Richard Charles Gibson and Eli Henry Griffiths or the survivors or survivor of them or the executors or administrators of such survivor or other the trustees or trustee for the time being of this my Will (hereinafter called the said Trustees or Trustee) do and shall pay or allow and apply out of the income of my said real and personal estate and effects such a sum of money as they, he or she shall in their, his or her discretion think fit and proper not less than Ten shillings per week nor exceeding One pound per week for the maintenance and support of my son Walter Henry for and during his life. And also that the said trustees or trustee do and shall pay unto or allow my said Wife to receive all the residue of the net income to arise from my real and personal estate and effects after payment of the said annuity to my said son Walter Henry for her sole and separate use and benefit subject to the support and maintenance of my infant children or child during their his or her minority free and independently of any husband and so that her receipts alone shall be good discharges notwithstanding coverture and so that she shall have no power to alien, assign, incumber or otherwise anticipate the growing payments of such income. And from and after the decease of my said Wife then I direct that the said trustees or trustee shall stand possessed of all my said real and personal estate and effects and of the investments and proceeds thereof (subject to the payment of the said annuity to my said son Walter Henry) Upon trust for all my children (except my said son Walter Henry) equally to be divided between and among them share and share alike as tenants in common.

I authorize and empower the said trustees or trustee to allow any portion of my said trust estate to remain in its present state of investment and also at any time that they, he or she shall think proper and expedient to sell and absolutely dispose of all or any part of my real and personal estate and effects of a saleable nature freed and absolutely discharged from the said annuity to my said son Walter Henry or otherwise either by public auction or by private contract. And I authorize the said trustees or trustee to demise any portion of my real or leasehold property or land for any term of years and subject to such rent and conditions as my said trustees or trustee shall think expedient and beneficial. I authorize and empower the said trustees or trustee to apportion and set apart any portion of my real or personal estate based upon the valuation of a competent surveyor or person to satisfy any of the shares hereinbefore bequeathed and also to set apart a sufficient sum to realize and pay the said annuity to my said son Walter Henry. I authorize and direct the said trustees or trustee to lay out and invest the moneys coming to their, his or her hands under the trusts of this my Will in the purchase or upon mortgage of freehold or leasehold property or in the government stocks or funds with full power to vary and transpose such securities for other securities of a similar nature. I devise all estates vested in me on any trust or by way of mortgage Unto my said trustees upon the trusts and subject to the equities affecting the same.

I appoint my said Wife Executrix and the said Richard Charles Gibson and Eli Henry Griffiths Executors of this my Will.
