This is the last Will and Testament of me Helen Flint of Russell Row in the Parish of Edgbaston in the County of Warwick Widow.
First I direct that all my just debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named. I give devise and bequeath all the Estate and effects of or to which I may be possessed or entitled at the time of my decease Unto my Friend Joseph Jackson Smith to hold to him his heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature of the said property for his and their own absolute use benefit and disposal for ever and I hereby appoint the said Joseph Jackson Smith to be sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made and declaring this only to be my last will and Testament.
