This is the last Will and Testament of me John Tapp of Lower Vulscombe within the Parish of Cruwys Morchard in the County of Devon Mason
I give to my Son all and singular my Leasehold Houses Fields and Garden Plots thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining situate in the Parish of Rackenford in the said County for his Use Benefit and advantage during any Rights Title and Interest therein he my said Son paying thereout unto my Wife the annual Sum of One Pound of lawful English Money for and during the term of her natural life. Also I give unto my Daughter the Sum of five Pounds of Lawful English Money at my Death. As to all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Monies Securities for Monies Goods Chattels Credits and Effects of what kind or nature soever after my Funeral Expences discharged the Proving of this my Will and my just Debts paid I give and bequeath the same unto my Wife and my son whom I hereby make and ordain joint Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils by me made certifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.
In witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of July 1807.
