The inaugural season for the IceBears began in 2005-06 with a collection of Watchmen and GSA Explosion hockey players forming the backbone of the team.  The remaining players needed for a full lineup were taken off of waivers from the ERHL.

What the future has in store for the Bears?... we'll soon find out...
