| Musculoskeletal Assessment and Functional Testing |

Purpose:
To assess an individual's functional status. A physiotherapist may determine the area of injury and address past medical history. Initial functional testing may be performed to determine the individual's ability to perform work tasks.
Admission Criteria:
Suitable for an individual who has been injured on or off the job and requires physical conditioning. Also suitable for individuals experiencing chronic pain.

Purpose:
To objectively evaluate consistency and reliability of an individual's ability to perform work tasks. One or two day testing performed to determine safe and accurate functional level of individual.
Admission Criteria:
Suitable for an individual who requires a functional evaluation to determine if he/she is capable of performing work tasks.
