| Gradual Return-to-Work

Purpose
To assist an individual's return to pre-injury work through a gradual progression of work hours and/or duties at the work place.
Who Qualifies?
This program is suitable for individuals who are ready to be integrated back into their work place on a gradual basis and require a well-structured and monitored plan to do so.
What's Involved?
Individuals in this program undergo an initial musculoskeletal and functional screen to determine level and suitability for GRTW. The therapist works closely with the employer, client and payer to develop a structured, progressive GRTW plan.
The client is monitored throughout the GRTW process to ensure a positive progression is attained. Consistent communication with employer, client and payer is provided throughout the GRTW plan. GRTW monitoring is limited to 12 weeks.

| Job Site Visits |

Purpose
To assess an individual's work tasks and physical demands performed at the workplace, including analysis of the work space, ergonomic factors, environmental factors and equipment.
A Job Site Visit may also be required to discuss return-to-work options with the employer.
Who Qualifies?
This assessment is suitable for an individual who requires an analysis of their work tasks to confirm physical demands and/or exploration of return-to-work options with the employer.
What's Involved?
A therapist attends the work place with the client and performs the above work analysis.

| Work Health Presentations |
| |
Purpose
To help employers educate their workers on any number of work related health issues that promote increased work safety on the job and help prevent work-related injuries.
Who Qualifies?
This program is ideal for any employer interested in education their work force in the areas of workplace safety, work conditioning, and injury prevention.
What's Involved?
A detailed presentation at or away from the work place specifically designed to the needs of the employer. Presentations are made in PowerPoint and include any combination
of verbal and/or hands on interaction with the group. A detailed instruction booklet outlining the material covered will be supplied to the employer for future reference if requested.
