The following is a public hearing on rezoning highway commercial land which is for the travelling public use(tourism) to be used for a government building. There are no long term jobs created. Just guaranteed income for the bank and the few investors who build the project.
The town may face another problem with parking and access issues due to bottleneck traffic due to the rezoning of this land near the highway.
Please attend the meeting and present your views on the error being made by town and council. The same error was made previously by allowing large trucks to park in the town center.
