| When I first decided to paint
the plane myself, I was asked why I would do all that work and then ruin
it by trying to paint it myself. My response was "why would I do
all that work and then ruin it by having someone else paint it for
me?"
While it has a few flaws that I certainly wouldn't be happy about if I had paid for it, because I did all of the work myself, I'm extremely pleased with it. I feel very satisfied that I did everything on this plane myself rather than just signing the cheque. That was far more important to me than perfection. |

This is how it was painted before the decals were applied

The Bull The bull has been my logo since my rodeo days and since I designed it myself, I have a certain fondness for it. I felt that it customizes my plane to reflect my attitude. The results of the voting were in favor of keeping the bull, so it now stands proudly on the tail.
