In order to stay ahead of trends, yet still provide financial security, Jenifer and Simon are both "employee-entrepreneurs" -- we're employees and entrepreneurs at the same time. The common link to many of our professional pursuits is that we both work in the communications field. Hilltop Communications is our consulting firm, and as such represents the heart of our expertise, but it is currently a "moonlight" operation. Full-time employment still accounts for the bulk of our work.
