 Ralph Douglas was a geologist, is a metallurgical Engineer, worked and consulted in industry and government in Hamilton, Ottawa, Halifax and Montreal.

Ralph is the author and researcher of most of this website content on the Hindson genealogy.

Catherine was born on Apr 30, 1916 and was the only daughter of Albert Ernest Calvert and Adelaide Victoria Currie.  Albert was a banker (gen Mgr Home Bank, became the court appointed liquidator. born in Sarnia, Ontario; a very fine man.  Adelaide was born in Hanover, Ont. He died at Pickering about 1961 and she died in Toronto about 1940. Catherine lived in Hamilton Ontario until her death in 1999.

Henriette was born Dec 29, 1930 and is the youngest daughter of John and Alice Burroughs of Ottawa. Her father was formerly of Quebec City and her mother a Douchel from Aylmer Quebec. 

Henriette and Ralph live in the summer at Blue Sea Lake Quebec and in the winter in Ottawa.
