Prince

Prince was neutered this summer & is looking for a home. He would prefer a quiet home with no dogs. He would be quite happy if his new family has other cats, and he is especially patient with girls but would also get along fine with friendly neutered males. He is very affectionate. To see photos of Prince please see his page.

Kitten info

Our cats are a part of our family and we want your kitten to settle in quickly to its new home and be a welcome part of your loving family so we spend a lot of time socializing the kittens. Right from birth they are handled on a daily basis and "raised underfoot".

Our stud has half of a room to himself. This is not only for kitten safety but also so that our breedings are all planned. We can space out breedings so that the girls are given lots of time to rest between litters and we know the breeding dates and therefore due dates.

We keep our kittens with mom until they are 12 weeks of age. This gives them lots of time to stay on mom's nutritious milk without rushing them through their normal development stages. Kittens have a lot to learn - mom teaches them about the litter box and how to behave. Littermates teach the kittens how to play nicely, just like puppies! Biting too hard results in the game ending so the kittens are constantly teaching each other how to play appropriately. Also, when your kitten goes home at 12 weeks both sets of kitten vaccines will already be done as well as routine deworming.
