Rental Conditions:The maximum occupancy is 4 people. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
Rates are in Canadian Dollars and are quoted for the whole unit. This is a self-catering rental, and guests are expected to leave the unit clean. A damage deposit of C$ 500.00 is required, and will be returned after the rental period, less any charges for damage caused during the rental and any charges for unusual cleaning.
Rates are given for summer (April 15 - December 15) and winter (December 15 - April 15) seasons.

Reservations can be made by phone (877) 281-1588 (leave a message with your phone number) or by E-mail: houserental.sidney@telus.net. Each reservation must be confirmed with a deposit of C$ 300.00 that will be applied to the rental charges, unless the reservation is canceled less than one month before the start of the rental period. (If the reservation is cancelled less than one month before the start of the rental period, the deposit will be forfeited.) The remainder of the rental cost and the damage deposit must be paid before the start of the rental period (except for longer term rentals).
