First Cuts

To cut your pig, you will need to tie it to hold it on its back with the arms and legs separated. Pins won't work here

Make your first cuts as per the instructions page. Be sure to cut deep enough to go through the skin, muscles, fat and any membranes, but not so deeply that the organs are damaged.  Scissors actually work well for this portion of your dissection.
