Leaves

Leaves litter the wet road and sidewalk and transform our beautiful city like garbage transforms a pristine ocean beach.
Natures contribution to the human world needs to be cleaned up, removed, and rectified.
No room for the dirty rotting leaves on our incredibly clean asphalt streets.
No quarter for the icky, ucky nature in our modern technological reality.
No probability of unwelcome biodiversity, around our new progressive, picture-perfect mall parking lots that seem to replicate on demand.
And all is well and wonderful here in human land, for auto-diversity is alive and thriving,
For there are more and more highways to drive them over every moment.
But, aren't the leaves nice, the way they know what to do, and just when to do it?
