Frank Cianfarani explained how his company, Automation Systems (www.automationsystems.com), makes laser equipment than can scan an object and create a drawing of it, or in some cases create a copy of the object. The equipment is used in such diverse applications as repairing circuit boards for which drawings are not available, or making engraved signs.
