GOING DEEPER INTO EROSHA People come to Erosha with very different levels of ability to experience erosflow. After anywhere from one to ten sessions many people are ready to explore more advanced Erosha. Erosha II builds on Erosha I. The opening ritual becomes more celebratory and symbolic. The session is more sensually complex, involving the stimulation of the senses of our mouth, nose and ears. The receiver learns pelvic movements and exercises which assist in cultivating and holding erotic energy. The vocal chords are wonderful engines of erotic energy, and Erosha students are encouraged to express erotic energy through their voice. Erotic self-pleasure is a wonderful yet often neglected source of erosflow. Erosha II shows us how to make masturbation ecstatic. Erosha II is also the context for students to begin examining what we call "erotic wounds". Since the day of our birth we have all been exposed to countless negative messages about sex and erotic pleasure, as in prohibitions against masturbation or talking about sexual feelings or even just being naked. Many of us have been victims of sexual abuse or sexual disease and have had to worry about pregnancy and even give birth to unwanted children. These experiences add to our erotic wounds. These wounds block erosflow. To fully experience erosflow we must heal these erotic wounds, and Erosha sessions do this indirectly by infusing erotic experience with positive feelings but also more directly by encouraging students to talk about their erotic anxieties and wounding experiences. Erosha III is for advanced students. It explores non-ejaculatory orgasms for men and ejaculatory orgasms for women. When most men get highly aroused they usually have a powerful need to ejaculate. Erosha III starts the process of mastering this need. Advanced male students will even be able to learn how to become multi-orgasmic, having several pelvic orgasms -- the sublime contractions around the penis and anus -- without losing their vital seed. Women can learn how to deepen their experience of erosflow through orgasmic ejaculation, the release of erotic fluids from the vaginal canal. Anal stimulation is introduced in Erosha III. Our anal zone is an extraordinary source of erotic charge which few people have explored. Erosha III trainers can assist students in overcoming their anal inhibitions and discovering the magic of anal pleasure.
