         Place: Werners Wholesale Group - Coquitlam

                          Coquitlam, B.C.

Time: 7:00pm Sharp

Due to the lack of a quorum at the special meeting held on April 21st, 1999, we could not finalize the vote as to whether, or not, we should retain our affiliation with RSES Canada. It was decided that we would mail out a special ballot to all current members. This ballot can then be filled out and mailed in, or be brought to the June 2nd, 1999 chapter meeting. At this meeting we will tally the votes and put this situation to rest. Watch for a special mailing that will contain the ballot for the above mentioned vote, the instructions as to how to use the ballot and a stamped, self addressed envelope for return mailing purposes. We will ask that each member give this item special consideration and be sure to send in their ballot.

Consider the following:

1. Be sure to think about study courses for the fall sessions. If you have a special interest in one, or more, of our courses please contact "DK" Kreiner, our Education Chairperson at Refrigerative Supply, Phone (604)412-3951

2. Do you have ideas or requests for meeting speakers and/or topics? Please contact "DK" Kreiner, our Educational Chairperson, at Refrigerative Supply, Phone (604)412-3951

3. Why not bring one of your friends to this meeting. Remember that guests are always welcome at our educational meetings. The March meeting was well attended with over 50 members and guests. We will continue to have great speakers with this kind of support.
