We have programs for everyone!!

Our professional staff of Black Belt Instructors, along with their assistants are here to guide you toward greater self-confidence and discipline as you improve your balance, coordination, flexibility, increased confidence, mental discipline, self-defense capabilities, and much more.

It is a fun way to get in shape and stay in shape.

We also introduce methods for improving your self-image and attaining personal lifetime goals. All of these skills will help you unlock your potential for maximum physical and mental growth.

We teach three different styles of Martial Arts: Tae kwon Do, Hapkido, and Jiu-jitsu.

The main styles taught at Personal Best are:

  • Taekwondo with forms created by Grandmaster Jhoon Rhee, ITF and other traditional forms
  • Jujitsu Techniques from Small Circle Jujitsu created by Professor Wally Jay and Brazilian Jujitsu
  • Hapkido We also teach techniques from other styles such as Arnis and Japanese weapons (Bo staff, Nunchaku, Sais, Kamas).
