Club Rules
The following two in-house rules are excerpts from our original club rules
and are published here as a reminder to our regular members, new members and guests.
Membership, and Open play times...
- SLET members can bring an outside guest up to 3 times, at no-charge. Thereafter, either the guest purchases a membership, or pays $2.50/hour each time they attend.
- SLET members can bring a guest that is staying at their house while on holidays, at no-charge.
International Etiquette Rules
It is best to familiarize yourself with, understand and play the rules.
If you are a visitor to another Tennis court, you may be asked to leave if etiquette is not adhered to.
Crossing Courts:
If you need to cross a court (with a game in progress) remember to cross at the back. Do not disturb players in a game or rally. Wait for the point or rally to end before crossing.
Ball Etiquette:
If your ball goes into another court, do not disturb the game or rally in progress. Wait for a break in play and ask for your ball. If a ball comes into your court and disturbs your game, stop the play and politely return their ball. Replay your point.
