As a writer, editor, and document designer, I hold this mantra close. Everything I do is geared towards making sure that readers are engaged with what they are reading.

My most recent experience is in technical writing, where the ultimate goal is conveying information as clearly and concisely as possible. This goal is applicable to any piece of writing, and I bring this approach to all of my projects.
