James worked on the Retail Lending policy and procedures project at Citizens Bank during 2005 – 2006. During this period, James worked with the bank’s stakeholders to review, document, and refine the policies and procedures. His work greatly helped to streamline the policy and procedures, creating efficiency for the organization, and enabling the policies to meet audit standards. He was also very successful in facilitating and documenting changes required for product launches at the bank, as well as editing the forms for accuracy and consistency. James’ written communication is always clear and articulate. In putting together the charter for this project, and in coordinating the review and update of the forms, James has produced works of quality.
