Support the Whale Referendum:

Send an email to the Park Board Commissioners and Mayor Phillip Owen. Tell the Commissioners and the Mayor that they should either change the existing by-laws to ensure that the Vancouver Aquarium will no longer be allowed to bring in more cetaceans into Stanley Park, or they should support having a Whale Referendum in Vancouver on the questions: "Should the Vancouver Aquarium be allowed to bring more whales and dolphins into Stanley Park?" and "Should the Vancouver Aquarium phase-out its whale and dolphin captivity program ?"
