Lonely Planet Olympic blog

During the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, I wrote a daily blog for the Lonely Planet website. The blog covered what it was like to be in the city while one of the world’s biggest events rolled in. I researched, wrote and provided original images and video for the 17-day duration of the Games, as well as posting hundreds of accompanying tweets and Twitpic images. The blog was followed by thousands of Lonely Planet readers around the globe. (Note: I’ve removed inactive hyperlinks from the text).
