Because Outlook Express is evil.

Okay, the thing was, one day I wanted to send something to Erin Kowalski, a simple html file, but because of the stupid way Outlook Express is set up, she couldn't view it. So I took advantage of the free webspace telus gives you and created a quick little page. I soon became intoxicated at the opportunity of creating so much with notepad.

Okay, you see, I've created this entire page with Notepad, you know, that little plain text editing thing that comes with Windows ever since . . . I don't know, at least 3.1, probably well before. In other words, all the code and text and everything is created completely by me, I don't use Frontpage or any of that stuff. That'd be cheating!

Okay, well, I'm in University. I'm in Arts, 'cause I put that first instead of Science, so that was what I ended up in. I'm taking somewhat random courses. I have a complex mixture of ego and low self-esteem; I often know things that I don't think I know, and I often claim to know things that, dear god, how conceited is that person to claim he could know that. Sometimes I don't know who has it worse for trying to figure out which is which, me or everyone else. Of course, this kind of problem is hard for me to self analyse, and anyone outside has at once a much better and a much worse perspective to see this from; so it's not a problem that can easily be disected.

[2.1] Other sites say stuff like "this page is best viewed with . . ." and etc, anything like that for this page?
Your resolution should be 1024x768 or higher; if it isn't, then why? Why, I ask? And you should use some browser other than Internet Explorer. Oh, it'll work just fine with IE, it's just that IE is evil. Actually, also, such things like the icon won't show up in all it's forms unless, for instance, you're running Opera 7. With IE, I think all it'll do is show up as the icon if you bookmark this page; which is nice in it's own right, true, so at least there's something.

Ja, I have given this page an icon. I could have done it per-page, too, which woulda been fun, true, but that would get a tad complex with the whole menu I have set up. But the icon should a) show up beside the name in Opera 7 b) show up when you bookmark it (or "add it to your favorites" as you IE people are, like sheep, saying) in Internet Explorer. It might also do many wonderful and magical deeds unheralded save in the ancient prophecies of the Elder Ones, but I haven't bothered to look into this that far, so don't be surprised by anything.

Yup, that's him, Erin Goldie, I do believe, convinced him to do it and got him all dressed up for Halloween 2003. There's a picture in the yearbook, I think, but this one is better, muwhahahaandallthat! By the way, he went then under the name "Cupcake". Now, people seem to have forgotten to call him this, so be sure next time you see him to constantly call him that.
[3.2] Why aren't there any pictures of Anja up?
She hates pictures of herself, and the good majority of the pictures that I have up from back before she left the country were taken from the Scona yearbook room. And Anja took a large amount of those pictures, too. Which is not to say that there aren't quite a few pictures amassed, partly from when I borrow a digital camera that was lying around the yearbook room ;) but she wouldn't want any pictures to be put up, so whatever, none shall be. Not counting this picture, in which she's hiding from the remotely activated camera Steve was using.
[and] someone kick Steve for deleting that one video, eh? Now all that remain of the yearbook is stills . . .

As it turns out, no! I know, I'm as surprised as you are! . . . . well, actually, by now, I haven't seen him for so long that he might be dead and gone long ago, I wouldnta known.

The person that was in this picture was (or would that be "is"?) Nicole, she went to Scona and was in one of the plays I was in, err, in grade 12. The picture there was taken using an ancient polaroid camera, which was one of the props for the play. About Nicole herself; last time I saw her was way back at Dave's last birthday. Phil was at one time, well not obsessed with her, but on the other hand he didn't see her around much so he was far more obsessed than he should've been, which also creeped Nicole out when Dave and I told her. Cutting through time, last I heard of her was that (1) she was kicked off the swim team (2) She was sortof still going out with Nathan; he said "it depends what you mean."

Because I was bored of it, and it was getting really damn old, so I decided to put up a newer picture. Now I actually change the main pic regularly, at least in theory. Ah, theory.

Well, there's always face-to-face! But if you don't know my e-mail already, you're not getting it! Unless, of course, you ask me. Of course, how would you ask me? Well, for instance, actually in real life. We're going in circles here.

Why what a coincidence that you ask that question, as a matter of fact there is! It's an IRC channel on the "irc.irchighway.net" network, going by the name of "#EINTKILFA". And if you have no clue at all what I'm talking about, don't worry, sometime I'll add that all to this FAQ. Or maybe that should be AAQ, since these questions are rather artificial, but whatever.
