The following variations and interpretations are used in NetAcquire:
For a 2-person game, NetAcquire currently does not allow for the Stock Market as a random player in the game mergers (as the original rules stipulate). The 2-person game is played just like a 3-6 person game.
It is possible (although extremely unlikely) that a game could progress to a point where nobody can play a tile (all tiles form new chains and there are no chains left). The rules do not mention what is to happen in this situation. Therefore, NetAcquire ends the game when a full round is completed where nobody is able to play a tile. The full round must start with the 1st player. This means that everybody gets the same number of opportunities to make purchases in the game. The game is then scored up just as if it had ended normally.
