Latin Name: berthella californica
Geographic Range: Range is from Alaska to Baja.
SCUBA Divers Info:
I confess I have only seen one or two of these little fellows. Either they are rare around here or I don't know where to look. They are small say two inches max and are white to cream in colour with lots of brighter white spots on the body and a white edge. Their Rhinophores are like little rolls and seem to stick out from under the body.
**B**Beachwalkers Info:
This animal does not normally inhabit the intertidal zone so you are very unlikely to find it beachwalking or tidepooling.
