Latin Name:	Sebastes pinniger
Geographic Range:	Range is from Alaska to Baja
SCUBA Divers Info:
These bright rockfish usually hover in loose schools. The adults are usually found deep and the juveniles shallower. Juveniles also can be identified by a black spot on the dorsal fin.
Beachwalkers Info:
This animal does not inhabit the intertidal zone so you will not find it beachwalking or tidepooling.
