This hermit crab is identified by the right claw which is larger than the left and the blue marks on the inside of the legs. it also has yellow eyes and spines on the outer surface of the claws.

This animal does not inhabit the intertidal zone so you are very unlikely to find it beachwalking or tidepooling.
