What can I say this little guy is one of my favourite fish. Only 2-4 inches long, you will often find the grunt sculpin hiding in old giant barnacle shells. Its always a treat to find this little guy on a dive.

This animal does not inhabit the intertidal zone so you are very unlikely to find it beachwalking or tidepooling.
