| This is a small rockfish say max 8 inches. I usually see
it below 40 feet in southern British Columbia but farther north it seems
to be shallower. This fiish has a golden look and sometimes forms large
schools next to rocks and walls. |

so you are very unlikely to find it beachwalking or tidepooling. |
