| Wolf-eels are a great find on a dive they are often found in crevices in rock walls or under boulders. The male has bigger lips and a crest or bump on top of the head. Wolf-eels appear to mate for life and often a pair will be encountered in their rock home. Wolf-eels are not aggressive but are very curious. Those impressive looking jaws are used to eat their favourite food, sea urchins. |
