This site is another great wall dive in fact I think I would have rather done this as the first dive of the day and gone a bit deeper here.
We dropped straight down right on to a reasonably large sub adult yellow-eye rockfish. Once again the wall was covered with sponges and feather stars and the visibility was outstanding. Here there were lots of other fish like kelp greenlings and painted greenlings and the water was full of small water jellyfish. Out off the wall there were a few large red jellyfish, they always make a nice photo opportunity. This was just a great dive to float along and enjoy the sunn streaming through the water. I think I could happly go back and do all of these dives tomorrow.... |
