The Langley Power and Sail Squadron is based in Langley, British Columbia on the West coast of Canada. Most courses are
held at BrooksWood Secondary School in Langley.
Our Mission Statement
To increase awareness and knowledge of safe boating, by education and training members and the general public, by fostering
fellowship among members, and establishing partnerships and alliances with organizations and agencies interested in boating.

As of Sept. 15, 2009 all operators will require the card (phase in will be complete).
there are now age and horsepower restrictions to operate a vessel?
persons under 16 years are prohibited from operating a PWC?
if you were born after April 1, 1983, you must be licenced now?
if you operate a craft of 4 m or(13 feet), you need a licence now?
a fine is charged against both the operator and the vessel owner?
the first offence will cost the operator and owner $250 each
