SERG board members are voted in by the membership and serve 1 year terms. The current Board of Directors for 2003-2004 are as follows (2004-2004 Elections are held in September 2004):

  Schoolboard Liaisons      
  Both the Calgary Board of Education (CBE) and the Calgary Catholic School District (CCSD) have played crucial roles in starting up the organisation many years ago, and in keeping SERG members up to date on current issues facing schools, teachers and service providers. Our Board Liaisons have proactively involved the SERG membership in the revision of field trip policies and provided informative professional development sessions for SERG regarding the impact of liability and due diligence issues for off-campus trip planning.
