At Kat Sloan Telemarketing we know how important good customer service is to our clients and their customers which is why we maintain a very high standard of customer service. But we need your help! We'd like you to tell us what good customer service means to you. Whether you look for a pleasant phone manner, excellent communication skills, manners, good intonation etc., we want to hear about it!* Even if you have had a bad experience, we want to know all about it. That's right, this is your chance to vent about any poor customer service you have received, you don't need to mention company names, just the result of the call.

*All information collected will be used solely for training and seminar/workshop purposes. No names will be used, unless permission is given to do so, only the feedback and comments you provide will be mentioned.

One topic we will cover is the misconception between professional telemarketing and the "dreaded telemarketer from hell".
