Yong Maeng Jong Jin
(YMJJ) is
the Korean name
for a short intensive meditation retreat. A YMJJ is an excellent opportunity to get a glimpse into
our true nature and to clear our mind of habitual thinking. It
also
generates energy for sustained practice in our daily lives.
The retreat will include practice of chanting, prostrations walking and sitting meditation. We will be observing silence throughout the retreat. Participants will also take part in a one-on-one Kong-An interview with the teacher each day.
Participation for a part of the retreat is possible. Entry is early before the start of the daily schedule, or during breaks around breakfast, lunch and dinner time (see schedule below).

Cost: 40$ members 55$ non-members. Thurday night Dharma talk is free. Donations welcome. Proceeds will help cover the cost of organizing the retreat and help support the group's ongoing activities.
