This is affirmed to be the last will and testament
of Ann Caine who departed this life about
the 5th of October 1675, being in
good and perfect memorie committed her soul
to God and her body to Christian buryall.
Item, she willed that a sheep with what was
needful therewith should be besytowed on her
the night she would be lodge.
Item, to her daughter Cathe. a sheep and a lamb
Item, to her grandson Willm Teare a ewe.
Item, to her daughter Jony Teer the remainder
of her sheep that she and a sister xxx, and a
fledge, and 2 old barrels.
Item, she willed to her son Willm in consideration
of 5 shillings that is due to him, a clow
a fledge a bigg chest, and 2 big pewter dishes.
Item, she left to her 2 daughers her cloathing linen and woolen.
Item, she declared that according to her husband will,
she left the cupboard and bedstocks to remain in
the house with other necessaries xx xxx in the house.
Item, she ordained and nominated her son Danll. Teer
her true and lawfull Executor & he to discharge her funeral.
Item, she willed to Joh:Kee 2 yards of linen cloath
or her daughter Jony to fill it and buy him therewith
a sheep or a lamb and also left to her said daughter J
ony a little wool and yarn that was in the house.

The Inventory within 14 days to be perfe

The Inventory of the said Testatrix and
in the hands of ye Executor prized by Danl Gawn,
Jo:Teere, & Nicho:Moore, sss Wattleworth junr
[is] 19 shilings. Sheep in unnber[?] 7: 10s 6p.
Item 1 fledge, 1 blanket, 2 petticoats & 2 washcoats 13s 00p.
In pewter, brass & flax with 5 quarts barly 6s 6p.
Item, one old blanket, 1 old keggel, a xxxx 1s 0p.
The total 2pounds 10shillings 0pence.
January ye 14th 1675 (1675/6):
Willm Teere enters his claim against the Executor of his mother
Ann Craine for the sum of eight pounds sterling due to him by
contract as appears and craveth trial.
All admistion is granted to Will Teere & is proved according to law
as appears by certificate Janry 16th 1675.
Tho:Teere for himself and his wife Cath Teere enters against
the Executor for 33 shillings of his portion due debt etc.
A deduction out of the said Inventory:
funeral charges burial dues Sumner fees amounts to 00:00:8pence.
