In nomine dei Amen. The last will and testament [of]
Christian Quartine sicke in bodie but whole in mind and
of perfect memorie thankes be to God, doe make my
last will and testament as followeth. First I bequeath
and commend my soule to allmightie God my creator
by whome I hope and believe to be saved & all mankind
Secondly I desire and will that my bodie be brought
to Christian buriall: Item I bequeath to my brother Ric[h]
Kermott one sheepe and a lamb. Item to his
daughter Issable Kermott one white yearde of
woolen cloath. Item to his sonne Robert Kermott
halfe a yearde of graye cloath : Item I bequeath
to my cossen Will Corkill halfe a sheepe: Item
I bequeath to my daughter Elline Corkell halfe
a sheepe and a lamb legacie. I doe constitute and
ordaine to be my lawfull executor of all my goods movable
and unmovable Jon Corkill my sonne legittimatlie
begotten. Item I bequeath to the poore halfe
a forlett of corn the two parts whereof to be paid
by my executors and the third parte by my daughter
