It was my wife gifte as well as mine at my sonnes marriaghe 
after the longer liver of us from Silvester Tunman and Ane my 
wife that my sonne Thomas Tunman should have all our goodes 
and lande movable and immovable saveinge twentye pounds which 
is to pay to his sister Jane for hir porciones if shee doe 
marry dureinge my her father life.  Xxxx is to pay halfe hir 
porcione if it please God to call hir afore shee marrye then 
halfe the afore saide twentye pounds is to be devided atwixt 
my sonne Thomas Tunman and his sister Dorothy and Margerye 
Tunman and my sone is to give over and besides to his sister 
Jane Tunman at hir marriaghe one feather bed one bouster one 
new paree of sheetes one nue caddowe one blankette one new
