44 Braddan in anno domini 1637 In ye name of God Amen. I Jo: Quine, sicke in body but whole and perfect in memorie praysed be to God doe constitute and ordaine this my will as followeth. First, I commend my soule to the tuition of the almightie God, and my body to bee buried in Christian mould. Item, I leave to the poore at tyme usuall three kissangs of mault and 2 kissans of oate meale. Item, I leave and ordaine to my wife out of the whole, half a heffer of a yeere old. Item, I leave my daughter Aricke my whole executor of all my goods movable, and unmovable. Item, I leave my sayd daughter unto the custodie and keepinge of her mother, and her goods likewise, until shee come to lawful yeeres, to receive them. The Court in discrecon hath decreed the uncles & Ants on the fathers syd supervisors. Testes: Patricke Thompson, Jo: Cosnahan. Probatum est et Solvit 6s. A true and perfect Inventorie of the foresaid will, brought in by the Sumpner, and 2 other men swarne and appointed for that purposse, viz: Hugh Cowley, Willi: Cotter. Imprimis, hald a cowe praysed to 6s and half a steere of 3 yeeres old praysed to four s[shillings]; Item 2 sheepe one mutton and a lambe all praised to foure s. Pledge Gibt Creere et Wm Cannell have bound ymselves there heires & executr for the forth coming of the goods & to keepe the office harmlesse sub poena double value
