Katherin Quay alias Moore departed ys lif ye 3d of January 
intestate wherof the Church having intelligence hath decreed 
her 5 children Administrars saving the croppe of corne to 
her eldest son as is by one witness deposed; & the next of 
kinred one the mother side supervisors, all ioynt execrs: 
of the rest of the goods.  
 Salvo tamen vincing, suo iure.  Decrem est et Solvit 2s 10d.                     
 
Inventory of Katherin Quay, Wm Kissaige Jo: Cubon, & Gilbt 
Mare sworne to price the goods wch amounted to 6 pounds -0 s 
after all debts dischardged.  Pledge Patrick Quay and Sir John Colcale[?].                  

Jane Moores part of goods in Margret Quaile her grandmothers 
hands & Robt Joyane[?] pledge for the same & secure ye office.
