         Braddin
Mariod Leawine alias Gelling departed this life the 
first of July 1637 intestate wherof the Church having 
intelligence hath ordered & decreed her two children vidz Paule 
& Isabel Gellion her lawfull Administrators & the [Aunts?] on ye 
mother side vidz Jony & Allis Leowine overseers a legasie to 
the Husband upon the sight of the Invent, wch the Court hath 
decreed to bee the --dings [parte?] out of the whole.      
Salvo tamen vinenyg suo jure.  Decretum est et Solvit 3s.                    

Invent taken and priced by the Sumner and 4 men viz Danold Cowley, 
Paule Gellinge, Donold Leawne and Willm Gelling:  
Imprimis  1 oxe 9 years old price 27s;    
Itm  1 oxe 4 years old price 27s;    
Itm, half oxe 5 years 10s;     
Itm, 1 cowe 7 years old 20s;     
Itm 1 cow 4 years  20s;     
Itm, one maire, one coult one foule & half young horse price 34s;      
Itm, half muttons 16s 6d;      
Itm, 16 sheep price  24s;      
Itm, 10 lambs 6s 8d;     
Itm, 2 goates & half goat, & 1 kid & half kid  3s;      
Itm 2 coats & wascotts  8s;     
Itm linens price 4s;     
Itm, household stuffe  6s;      
certaine other things priced to 30s & appointed to dischardge 
& pay the debts the childers part of the crop to be added when 
it is tried the 4th part of the crop is found to be due.      

Pledges Paule Gellin & John Xtin for the 
forth coming this Inventory in penalty double the value.                     

November the 6 1672: 
Be it known unto all mene by these presence 
that Poall Gelling Sonne to Poale Gelling have re 
[saved?] the goodes which was due to me by 
my Motheres Death from my Fathere Poale 
Gelling, but the righte of the Corne is reserved 
for me when soe ever I call for it.

May 17th 1676: 
this day Willm Norris for himself & his Wife Issable Gelling 
came to the Records & acknowledged himself to have re
ceived at & from ye hands of his Father in Law Paule 
Gelling the full ... of 5 pounds 19s beinge the full due to her 
except her part of w... provided all wages yt --re fall 
due besides the crop ... to 5 pound 3s 1d: & having 
received the said since of 5 pounds 19s, remaines yet due to be 
deducted out of her part of the crop the full sume of 11d.

June 9th 1676: 
PAULE GELLIN one of the Administrators doth acknowledge himselfe to 
bee fully satisfied, & he paid all such goods as fell due to him by ye death 
of his Mother Mariod Gellinge except the crop of corne as appears by 
his certificate & doth acquit & discharge the pledge.
