The last will and testament of Ann Leawne who departed 
this liffe the 20th 7ber 1637, bequeathed her soule unto 
God and her bodie to Christian burial.  
It, leaft to the poore a boule malt half fer: wheat & 
oate meale & xxxxx[?sheep] at the descrecion of her execr.  
It, leaft to her husband her part of the riding horse and 
two oxen out of her part of goods.  
It, leaft to Ann Quaile a carchieffe and a heffer.  
It, leaft to Isable Cowin a yearling calf.  
It, to Ffinlo Fargher her grandchild a cow & her husband 
to have the use of the said cow until the child be of 
lawfull yeeres.  
It, leaft to Isable Cowine a green wascott & a red petticoat.  
It, she leaft to her brother Donnold Leawne 3s.  
It, to Rich: Leawne her brother 3s.  
It, to her sister Margrett 6s & a calf of a yeere & a haulf.  
It, she leaft to her sister Margrett the younger 4s.  
It, she leaft to Tho Cowine a sheep & a lambe.  
It, to Willm Quaile 2s.  
It, she constituted and ordained her two sons John & Robt 
Cowine execr of all the rest of her goods moveable & 
unmoveable.  
Further she left to her husband her part of the cropp of corne.     
DEBTS due unto her from Ann Christian 20s,    
from John Kewley  13s 3d,      
from Willm Galle[?]  20s;     
from Kathrin Clerke 14s.         
Item she left unto her son Robt a cow & haulf the executorship 
xx aforesaid in leiu of what goods is due unto him by his father,  
this Robert being in Ireland the court hath received all right 
for him according to Law. Xxxx xxxx tamen uviquig suo juri.    
Xxxx by the testimony of the said witnesses the testatrix left 
Robts goods unto Margrett Leawne until he himself came into the Island.

Phillip Quaile, jurati.  
Probatu est et Solvit 1s.       
Invent wthin 14teen dayes subpoena 10. Performed.                    
Inventory of Ann Lewne et sequit: 
Imprimis 2 ould cowes priced 30s;      
It, 2 young cowes  40s;      
It 1 steere 4 yeare ould  14s;      
It 2 maires priced 36s;      
It 1 horse priced  14s;      
It 12 sheep priced to [no amount recorded[.            
Joh: Cowin is at lawfull yeares & hath bound himself for the 
one halfe of the executorship to the secure xxxx office for 
the other halfe of this Inventory & to secure the office 
John Shimmin hath bound himself. In forma iuri.              

9ber 9th 1638: Robt Lewin being at lawfull yeares hath confessed 
himselfe to have received all the goods due to him by ye death of 
Anne Leawin & doth herby free his bounds for the aforesaid goods 
& xxxx himselfe his heires & execrs to secure the office subpoena predicta
