29 Marown Anne Kewley alias Gellin departed ye 27 of Septembr intestate whereof ye Church having intelligence ----- her only son Jo: Gellin Administrator & ye next of kinred on the mothers side supervisor, a legasy to ye husband on sight of the Invent., vid: halfe ye riding horse. Decret est et Solvit. Salvo tamen uniang suo iure. AN INVENT of the goods of Ann Kewley als Gellin taken the 2 day of 8ber 1837 & valewed by sworne men viz: Patr Kelly, Wm Kelly, Finloe Kewley & Jo: Kewley. Imprimis, 1 oxe ;price 25s; Item 1 cowe 23s; Item, the 4 parte of a cowe & the 4 parte of a bullocke 6s 6d; Item, 1 yonge colt 14s; Item halfe an old maire 7s 6d; Item, halfe the riding horse 14s; In money 10s; Item halfe a colt 12d; Item, 3 sheep, a lambe, & halfe a lambe 7s 6d; Item 1 purce[?] 12d; her cloathes & her part of the household stuffe 6s 8d; Item ---- ----- -- ye corne xx stoaks, her part of the crope of corne being 28 stoacks of oats or there abouts price 14s. Summ 6 pounds 10s 2d. Ther is to be deducted out of the above said goods to discharge the Lo: rents, church duties, other debts 2vs. Jo: Gellin father of ye orphant & Jo: Kewley grandfather on the mothers side pledge for y forthcoming of ye goods & to keep ye office harmless. This is moreover to be added to the invent of Ann Kewley alias Gellin: 4 stokes of oats price 6s; hemp & flaxe & other trifles 2s
